A. No. We offer impartial mortgage advice on products from lenders that cover the whole of market.
Q. Is the service confidential?
A. The service we provide is completely confidential.
Q. How much can I borrow?
A. This will depend on a number of factors including:- Whether you are a first-time buyer or a home-mover; Whether you can put down a deposit and the size of your deposit; Whether you are borrowing on your own or with someone else; How much you earn; Your monthly financial commitments; Past credit history. However, for an estimate you can use our Mortgage Calculator. This will give you a rough idea of how much you may be able to borrow.
Q. What can I do about losing my job ?
A. By using Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance it is possible to protect your monthly mortgage payment for a period of time.
This usually costs around £4 per month per £100 monthly cover. You cannot be covered if you are already aware of redundancy. Ask for advice, as there also rules about new policies and waiting time before a claim can be made.
Q. What happens if my circumstances change?
A. It is possible that your circumstances may change and this may result in you having different financial priorities and needs. A. No, we never charge upfront fees. With some lenders it is necessary to pay a valuation fee at the start of an application although we often manage to secure products with free valuation and free legals”
Q. Do I have to come to your office ?
A. No, never. We usually visit you in your own home at a time to suit you. Sometimes it is more convenient to do the paperwork through the post.
